Booking Rules & Policies

Welcome to The Haus of Cush, where sacred intention meets luxury Rootwork and conjure. To ensure the highest level of service and spiritual integrity, please review and honor the following booking policies:

1. Booking & Payment

    •    All services must be booked and paid for in full at the time of scheduling.

    •    Payment confirms your reservation and agreement to these policies.

2. No Refunds

    •    Due to the energetic nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued once a booking is made. Please book mindfully.

3. Rescheduling

    •    Clients may reschedule once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

    •    Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of your session. 

4. Confidentiality & NDAs

    •    All clients are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to their session. This ensures your privacy and ours are protected at all times.

    •    We honor discretion and expect the same in return.

5. Spiritual Disclaimer

    •    Services offered by The Haus of Cush are spiritual in nature and not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.

    •    By booking, you acknowledge full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.

6. Right to Refuse Service

    •    We reserve the right to decline service to anyone whose energy or intent is misaligned with our sacred space.

    •    Disrespectful behavior, spiritual bypassing, or entitlement will result in a ban from future services.

7. Energetic Boundaries

    •    Do not perform counterwork or seek simultaneous workings with other practitioners while engaging our services.

    •    All conjure and Rootwork are custom, aligned with divine timing, and require energetic trust.

8. Intellectual Property

    •    All rituals, sigils, products, and spiritual content created by The Haus of Cush remain the intellectual property of the brand. Sharing, copying, or reselling our proprietary work is strictly prohibited.
